Alexa Meade measurements, bio, height, weight, shoe, and bra size
Her initial inspiration was the shadows that were cast onto grass. After a few weeks she devised a process which did not make the subject onto canvas in an image that was flat. The image has been transformed to it's own representation with the canvas taking an interpretation by the artist. It is most effective when working with living things or objects that can be perishable like fruits and people. The transient nature of her art style is apparent and the only thing that remains in Alexa Meade's works is a photograph. Trompe-l'oeil art is created through the combination of two methods of photography and painting. This creates an unflattened and two-dimensional photograph. Meade often incorporates her painted figures within the three-dimensional space around her. They interact within the world she has created for herself. By doing so, Meade has removed the borders between painting, photography and performance.
