Lis Wihl (born on 19 August 1961) was a famous American lawyer and writer who worked at Fox News.
She currently serves as an adjunct law professor in New York Law School. In the past, she worked as an associate professor at the University of Washington Law School. She has been a legal analyst on National Public Radio's show and Bill O'Reilly's Radio Factor. She appeared weekly on The O'Reilly Factor, Your World with Neil Cavuto, The Kelly File featuring Megyn Kelly Lou Dobbs Tonight the Imus morning show and is the host of The Legal Lis radio show. Legal Lis radio show and the Wiehl of Justice podcast.
Wiehl is a native of Yakima, and grew up within Yakima located in Washington State, was a graduate of Yakima from West Valley High School. She earned a bachelor's degree in law from Barnard College (1983), an MA in Arts in Literary Studies from University of Queensland (1985) as well as an Doctor of Jurisprudence from Harvard Law School (1997).
Wiehl worked as a prosecutor in the US Attorney's office. She also worked as a legal reporter for NPR's All Things Considered. She served as "the deputy chief investigative counsel for Democrats on the House Judiciary Committee during Clinton's impeachment." She was tenured professor of laws at the University of Washington School of Law, Seattle from 1995-2001 She also directed an organization called the Trial Advocacy Program. From 2001 to the year 2017 Wiehl was a legal analyst for Fox News.
